‘I think we’re all always in the process of becoming… there’s always a transition and movement towards growth, towards deeper complexity… but equally, to deeper peace.’ Kimberley Wilson grew up in a council estate in East London. At 16, she decided she wanted to be a psychologist, supporting herself through her studies. She studied at Roehampton University and the Tavistock Institute and is now a chartered psychologist, working in private practice. Kimberley has worked with women prisoners and is also involved in training, having chaired the British Psychological Society’s Training Committee for Counselling Psychology. In 2013, Kimberley juggled all of this with her passion for baking, making her way to the final of the BBC’s much-loved The Great British Bake Off.
