What does happiness mean to you?

Happiness means to me contentment. Contentment can come in many forms and can come at a moments notice. Its that time when you are sitting still perhaps and catch the sound of your children happily playing in the back ground or when you are by the sea and the light is playing gently on the waves and a whole endless day stretches before you. My contentment comes in the happiness of my children, the success of my businesss and the pleasure that I can find in the small kindnesses that people do each day.
